Shipping
If you order your favorite items before 11:59 PM, your order will be packed and shipped the same day. 

During holidays, other occasions, or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer for you to receive your package. Don't worry, you can always track your package with the track & trace code we send you. This way, you know exactly when to expect it!

If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will take longer for your order to be shipped. On the specified date, your entire order will be dispatched. 

Shipping costs
Netherlands
We offer free shipping  for orders over 100 euros!

If the order amount is under 100 euros, shipping costs will be charged. For shipments within the Netherlands, the shipping cost is 4.95 euros.

Worldwide
We ship your favorite items worldwide! Different costs apply for shipments abroad, which vary by country. For all European countries, the shipping cost is 9.95 euros, except for Belgium at 7.95 and Finland at 19.95. For shipments outside Europe, you can find the rates in your shopping cart. Enter your address details in the shopping cart, and the shipping costs will be calculated.
