If you order your favorite items before 11:59 PM, your order will be packed and shipped the same day.
During holidays, other occasions, or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer for you to receive your package. Don't worry, you can always track your package with the track & trace code we send you. This way, you know exactly when to expect it!
If you have ordered a pre-order item, it will take longer for your order to be shipped. On the specified date, your entire order will be dispatched.

After you have placed an order, an automatic process begins in which your package is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Because your package is already too far along in the shipping process, it is not possible to change or cancel it. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order. Or you can contact our customer service immediately.

We recommend that you check which size the model is wearing and make your choice based on that. If an item fits differently than usual, this will be indicated in the description. Still not sure? Please contact our customer service.

Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to reserve items. Therefore, it may happen that an item disappears from your shopping cart because someone else ordered it first.

You may return your items up to 14 days after the date of receipt. This is allowed as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. You can register one or more items for return via ourreturn portal.

It is possible to return our Sale items, provided they are unworn and the tag is still attached. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 1 to 4 business days.

Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer to receive a size smaller or larger? You can easily exchange an item for a different size in our returns portal. You can exchange an item up to 14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition.
To register your exchange return and create a shipping label, you can in thereturn portalcan select a different size yourself (provided it is in stock with us or can still be ordered). You send the item back to us and we will send you the desired size!
In this case, the return costs are for the customer, we will cover the shipping costs.

The return costs are at your own expense. The costs will be displayed during the registration of the return. This depends on the carrier.

Return and/or exchange conditions:
- Returns are accepted provided they are in original condition, free from (smoke) odors, and unworn. Fashiontiger reserves the right to refuse returns at any time. The return will be refused if it does not meet the conditions.
- If the product is worn or damaged, we cannot accept its return.
- Once labels have been removed, we cannot accept the product back.
- Bikinis can only be returned if tried on with underwear underneath due to hygiene reasons.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How does a refund work?

The way you receive your refund depends on the payment method. Once we have processed your return, we will refund your money to your bank account. Depending on your bank, it may take 1 - 4 days before it appears in your account.
Credit card: As soon as we have received and processed your return, the amount will be refunded to your credit card. Depending on your credit card company, this amount will either be automatically transferred back to your bank account or remain on your credit card. Do you have a credit card that refunds the money? Then this often happens on a fixed day of the month.
